Monique Staples
In a world that changes constantly and technology continues to change marketplaces, experience is an essential ingredient for success.
As Portfolio Partner with The Agency, Monique Staples brings seven years of experience to managing properties across Rockhampton and the surrounding areas, with a reputation for being hardworking, reliable and thorough.
For Monique, communication is what makes property management work. She understands the responsibility that comes with being trusted to look after someone’s investment, from maintaining the property to securing quality tenants and keeping owners informed. Just as importantly, she believes tenants deserve the same level of respect and support, and takes pride in helping create a positive experience for everyone she works with.
What Monique enjoys most is that no two days are the same. There is always a new challenge to solve, something to learn or someone to help - whether that’s an owner, tenant or member of her team. Her career highlight so far has been stepping into a leadership role, and she values being part of a supportive team at The Agency where everyone is willing to pitch in. Outside of work, Monique loves to travel and spend precious time with her family.
