Jess Larsen is the Executive Assistant to Elise Carrick at The Agency Rockhampton, bringing more than 16 years of experience in client-focused roles to the team. Born and raised in Rockhampton, Jess now lives in Bouldercombe with her husband and young family. This connection to the region gives her a genuine appreciation for the lifestyle, community spirit and local relationships that make the area such a special place to call home. 

Authentic, driven and supportive, Jess plays a key role in creating a seamless experience for both vendors and buyers. Supporting the sales team across administration, client communication, marketing coordination, systems and project work, she ensures every detail is handled with care and professionalism.
