Meet Elise!

As a Property Partner with The Agency CQ, Elise Carrick has built a reputation as one of Rockhampton’s most dedicated and dynamic real estate professionals. 

Since joining the business in 2019, she has applied relentless energy, attention to detail and a genuine passion for helping people to every transaction. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Elise’s approach centres on speed, availability, and connection. 

“My main tip for anyone who wants to thrive in real estate is simple… do today’s tasks today,” she says. “It sounds obvious, but it makes all the difference in a fast-moving market.”

This approach has translated into extraordinary results. By mid-2025, Elise and her team had already achieved 80 sales, surpassing nearly the entire volume of the previous year. With two lead agents now part of her growing team, supporting the careers of others while also building her own success portfolio. “What I enjoy most is the people,” Elise explains. “Whether it’s helping downsizers, growing families, or investors, it’s really rewarding to play a role in those milestones.”

Industry recognition

Elise’s success is elevating her status beyond Rockhampton, and she was recently invited to speak on a panel at The Agency Queensland’s Spring Launch, where she shared practical insights to inspire and motivate fellow agents. Being asked to present to her peers was a significant milestone and is proof that her methods and mindset are gaining industry attention. 

Shortly after, Elise and Agency CQ Principle Todd Brandon were invited to Bali as part of The Agency’s exclusive Altitude Group, a celebration reserved for top performers across Australia. 

Joining just 37 high achievers from across Australia and being one of only two representatives from Queensland, Elise enjoyed time connecting with leading agents, exchanging strategies, and being inspired by guest speakers, including renowned Olympic Athlete Michael Klim.

Connecting to community

Beyond her professional achievements, Elise is deeply embedded in the Central Queensland community. She sponsors local initiatives such as the Fitzroy River Barra Bash and supports sporting teams through jersey sponsorships. 

For Elise, these connections are an extension of her role, ensuring that real estate is not just about properties, but about people and the places they call home.

Looking forward

Elise’s focus is firmly set on hitting 100 sales to round out 2025. This goal not only represents personal achievement but also means helping 20 more families to successfully start their next chapter.

She is equally committed to mentoring her team, guiding them toward their long-term niches within the business. True to her philosophy of “Reciprocity and Abundance,” Elise sees success as something to be shared with clients, colleagues and the wider community in Rockhampton and the Capricorn Coast.
